Fleur De Sel with wild herbs
$3.00It is a flake salt formed once a year in the traditional salteries of North Lebanon. Only the superior layer is harvested, it has fine crystallization a pronounced taste and very rich in minerals including iodine. We carefully mix it with the typical wild herbs of our valley: Oregano, Sage, Thyme, Sumac, and Laurel leaves. It reflects the scent of our village.

Organic Apple Vinegar
$5.00Fine mature apples are picked from organic orchards of the Lebanese mountain at 1500m altitude. The crushed apples are naturally fermented in clean special conditions, without addition of any synthetic chemicals, then decanted and bottled. Our apple vinegar is double fermented and rich in enzymes, fibers and minerals, it fosters human immunity and helps renewing cells and so considered as therapeutic.

Organic Lebanese Oregano Mix
$8.00It is a tuned mix made essentially of 3 main ingredients: Lebanese wild oregano also known as “Zaatar”, wild Sumac and whole organic Sesame grains. Our oregano is a special tasty species colonizing Adonis Valley, it is collected from the wild in August along with Sumac, carefully dried and then mixed with roasted sesame to form our unique traditional Lebanese blend.

Organic Tomato Sauce with Olives
$5.00Pulp and chunks of organically grown plum tomatoes are boiled in stainless steel vats and combined with carefully selected ingredients: onions, garlic, apple vinegar, salt, oregano, capers and spices. The end product gives you a healthy note of the valley’s scent. Treat your taste buds to an invigorating burst of tomato flavor from the heart of our valley!
Organic Wild Capers
$4.00Caparis spinosa or capers it is a wild variety growing spontaneously in rocky soils of the valley. During June the crop is collected washed with clear water and then pickled in apple vinegar water and salt.
Raw Black Forest Honey
$18.00 – $38.00The crown of our production; Every spring and summer our bees run the wild fields of the valley and come back with essence of: Oak trees, Oregano, Thymus, Sage and at least 10 other unique medicinal plants, the result is a black dense honey with a soft taste. It is an organic honey with geographical indication unconventionally rich in minerals, enzymes, fructose, pollen… It is considered as Raw honey since it’s neither filtered nor heated. This honey is collected once a year during August.
