The new crown delicacy of Adonis Valley — where the traditional makdouss craft has been reinvented through patient fermentation and delicate curing. Each eggplant is carefully prepared and hand stuffed to achieve the perfect harmony of flavor and texture, resulting in a taste unlike any other.

Even the stuffing has been reinvented: we’ve enriched the classic recipe with our signature sun-dried tomatoes, adding depth, sweetness, and a Mediterranean flair. Naturally fermented, this makdouss is light on the stomach and free from acidity — pure pleasure, naturally balanced.
