Fleur De Sel with wild herbs
It is a flake salt formed once a year in the traditional salteries of North Lebanon. Only the superior layer is harvested, it has fine crystallization a pronounced taste and very rich in minerals including iodine. We carefully mix it with the typical wild herbs of our valley: Oregano, Sage, Thyme, Sumac, and Laurel leaves. It reflects the scent of our village.
