Fleur De Sel with wild herbs
It is a flake salt formed once a year in the traditional salteries of North Lebanon. Only the superior layer is harvested, it has fine crystallization a pronounced taste and very rich in minerals including iodine. We carefully mix it with the typical wild herbs of our valley: Oregano, Sage, Thyme, Sumac, and Laurel leaves. It reflects the scent of our village.
Organic Chili Paste
It is an old authentic recipe of chili paste. It’s made with a sundried exclusive variety of chili peppers grown in full sun. it is mixed with other tasty organic ingredients and shortly heated in order to save all flavors. It is characterized by a warm hot aromatic taste.
Organic Lebanese Oregano Mix
It is a tuned mix made essentially of 3 main ingredients: Lebanese wild oregano also known as “Zaatar”, wild Sumac and whole organic Sesame grains. Our oregano is a special tasty species colonizing Adonis Valley, it is collected from the wild in August along with Sumac, carefully dried and then mixed with roasted sesame to form our unique traditional Lebanese blend.
Plain Fleur de Sel

Only the superior layer is taken, it has fine crystallization and very rich in minerals including iodine. It has a complex taste delivering flavor directly to taste buds. A pure Fleur de sel has the reputation to taste like the ocean.
