Organic Tomato Sauce with Oregano
Pulp and chunks of organically grown plum tomatoes are boiled in stainless steel vats and combined with carefully selected ingredients: onions, garlic, apple vinegar, salt, oregano, capers and spices. The end product gives you a healthy note of the valley’s scent. Treat your taste buds to an invigorating burst of tomato flavor from the heart of our valley!
Plain Fleur de Sel
It is a flake salt formed once a year in the traditional salteries of North Lebanon, by the end of summer. Only the superior layer is taken, it has fine crystallization and very rich in minerals including iodine. It has a complex taste delivering flavor directly to taste buds. A pure Fleur de sel has the reputation to taste like the ocean.
Real concentration of sun and earth. Our organic pomegranate juice is naturally rich in anti-oxidants, very tonic in summer time, for serving add ice cubes. It’s juice rich in flavor and fibers. No sugar was added neither preservatives.
Locally ripped red juicy pomegranates are harvested on the last summer days from organic gardens along the Mediterranean coast. Pomegranates are pressed and the juice is traditionally reduced to form this deep ruby-colored molasses. We are proud to bring back this real typical thrill to your table.
Qawarma is a traditional Lebanese pantry made from minced lamb meat. Our locally bred Awassi sheep graze freely in the wild oak forests of Adonis Valley feeding mainly on acorns. The villagers cook and preserve the minced meat in its own fat, pour it hot in glass jars and then store it in a cool place for the winter.
Raw Black Forest Honey
The crown of our production; Every spring and summer our bees run the wild fields of the valley and come back with essence of: Oak trees, Oregano, Thymus, Sage and at least 10 other unique medicinal plants, the result is a black dense honey with a soft taste. It is an organic honey with geographical indication unconventionally rich in minerals, enzymes, fructose, pollen… It is considered as Raw honey since it’s neither filtered nor heated. This honey is collected once a year during August.
